A rescue, escape and loss

we got inside the Lab (Fang and I) as i said before, its really creepy. so its scarier going in it, than just thinking about it. after about an hour after midnight, we got in, walking down the long halls to get to the area where the "patients" were held. We found Alanna and Sophie, and they were accompanied by a shorter, highly attractive girl. she had brown hair, and blue eyes, about 5foot 3inches. slightly tan skin. she garbed herself in baggy clothing. "Who's this?" I asked Alanna.

"Her name is Aasera, we don't know much about her. since she came in after we did."

"Ok then, lets get moving" ordered Fang.

Again, we went to the "armory" room that Fang and I found. Scrounging about we found a staff for Sophie, Alanna preferred to grab a pair of knuckle-buster gloves, Aasera came back to us with a pair of kodachi(slightly shorter than a short sword, but the width is less.)
so anyways, it took us about a half-hour to get out. and right now, were camped out about two miles from the complex. catching some sleep.

when we woke, actually when i awoke. i looked around. to find that everything was perfectly upturned and catastrophic, and to add to that. there were trails of blood leading off in multiple directions. Oh God no! let them not be dead. But every sign direction showed death, no one could lose that much blood and live. I'm all alone now... just me, as it was in the beginning... no.Damn it! NO! tears now streaming down my face. They can't leave me now. We just got out! DAMN IT! Everything was going smooth, we were going to go to some place in California, and live a smooth some-what normal life. Screaming now "WHY NOW!!" I ran through the forest and cut down everything in my path. until i came to an old tree. Which i could not cut in one slash. I began to hack at it, venting my frustration. Tears blotting my vision, as I fall back from exhaustion.

the next morning, I flew to the one place that I might find the answers. That one gateway. That kept appearing in papers we found at the Lab. So flew straight to the Lab.
